A HUGE THANK YOU to all of you who sent through your Congratulations .... and condolences, on our sale of BLUEGRASS EASY LOVIN {exp. SA}(D'Amors Saabi-Khan x Bluegrass Love Me Tender). We all appreciated your thoughtfulness and understanding, that it was a huge honour to sell EL overseas.....

but also very hard to part with the beautiful member of our family.

 

After a four day journey, EL arrived safely at her destination. And five weeks after her arrival, she was shown by Michael Byatt...... for 4th at Dubai International Arabian Horse show and 3rd at Sharjah Arabian Horse show, in the 3 year old filly class.

 

We have not yet received our photos from the shows, but a photo of her being shown at Sharjah, can be seen on Michael Byatt's website - http://www.michaelbyatt.com/news/index.php

This update, we welcome some new members to our family ..... Linda Bryant and Roger Broughton - Loringa Arabians. They own BLUEGRASS LOVE ME TRUE {Mash x Bluegrass Lovepotion} and her two daughters - Loringa Love Song and Loringa True Love. They did also own BLUEGRASS PERCEPTION {Tristram Apparition x Bluegrass Sensation}, and before her sale, she produced for Linda and Roger - Loringa Angel Eyes and Loringa Sparkz, whom they still own.

 

It is really great to be able to catch up with you Linda and Roger. We love updates and really look forward to hearing all about how your show season went with Loringa Love Song.

Bluegrass Love Me True

Leanne Randle, owner of BLUEGRASS CENTRE FOLD, has gelded him, so that her 12 year old daughter, Georgia, may compete on him. Leanne had sent an email saying how well he was going in Western for Georgia, and how much they loved each other. But with Georgia being under 18, she was limited to what she could do with CENTRE FOLD as an entire.

.

CENTRE FOLD has settled in to his new way of life, so much so, that Georgia has already been off to QuaterKids training days with him. And by the sounds of things, has the show season already in her sights !!!

Well Done Georgia and Leanne ...... we look forward to seeing CENTRE FOLD in the Western classes !!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Sue Montebello owner of DAINTREE COVERGIRL {by Bluegrass Centre Fold} on their recent success at the 2006 Yarra Valley All Breeds Foal Show. Covergirl won the Filly Class and went on to be awarded Reserve Champion Derivative Female. We look forward to seeing her out and about this season.

CONGRATULATIONS to Sue Blake on her sale of BLUEGRASS GERONIMO (D'Amors Saabi-Khan x Bluegrass Succession) to long time Bluegrass Family member LISA CAMILLERI. Lisa was once the proud owner of Bluegrass Fire Alert, and when Bluegrass first offered Geronimo for sale, Lisa just missed out on him, as he sold to Sue. Well they are now together, and as

we can see in the photo to the right, Lisa is already riding him.

Also CONGRATULATIONS to Colleen Brouns on her sale of OUR CHOICE (*Amir El Shaklan x Bluegrass Fascination). Choice has been sold to a lady in Sydney, whose 11 year old daughter will do pony club with her. Within days of arriving, she was already being ridden.

 

Well done Colleen ... we look forward to getting the new owners email, so that we may hear all about CHOICE and her new family !!
